The GEARWRENCH Pass-Thru Socket and GearRatchet Ratchet System were created with the goal of enhancing efficiency and accessibility in all types of jobs. Unlike standard wrenches that require a 30° movement, the GearRatchet ratchets can fasten or loosen fasteners with as little as 5°. Additionally, these ratchets are 40% more durable than traditional ones because they do away with the drive tang.

Furthermore, the GearRatchet ratchets are designed to be up to 50% thinner than standard ratchets, allowing for easier access to tight spaces where fasteners are hard to reach. The Pass-Thru sockets feature a thin wall design which eliminates the need for deep well sockets, making it easier to loosen or fasten nuts on bolts of any length. These sockets can be integrated into the GearRatchet handle, reducing height and increasing torque strength.

With the use of a GEARWRENCH adapter, standard sockets and drive tools can be used with the Pass-Thru Socket and GearRatchet Ratchet System. This unique system also boasts a head profile that is up to 50% thinner than traditional ratchet systems and a 5° ratcheting arc for efficient use. By eliminating the drive tang, the GearRatchet ratchets are built to be 40% stronger than traditional ratchets.
