The patented GearWrench Ratcheting Wrench is designed to require as little as 5º of movement to turn a fastener. The GearWrench can move a fastener along any length threaded rod without needing to be removed. The SurfaceDrive box end significantly reduces the risk of fastener rounding. The 72 tooth ratcheting box end requires just a minimal 5° of movement to operate, compared to the 30° required by standard wrenches. An off-corner loading design on the box end provides better grip and reduces the risk of fastener rounding. The thin head and beam allow for greater access in confined workspaces.
